I am an Air Force Veteran who found joy in Dance and Yoga practice. Certified 200 RYT Yoga instructor and Group Fitness Instructor. Throughout my years, I have come to understand that the biggest keyword in life is P E R S P E C T I V E . Being flexible and willing to view things from a different angle can help you achieve peace with your “inner self”. I believe that the world can be a better place if day by day we choose to focus on the positive aspects in life.
