Water exercise is one of the most fun and low impact exercise to perform. There are two different environments for the water exercises such as Deep Water (in which your feet do not touch the ground and you wear a belt) and Shallow Water (you touch the ground and it has some impact). Moving deeper in the water decreases the impact for a given exercise. Working deep water exercise, actually creates a non-impact workout.
With Shallow water, you can perform the same exercises in three different levels of intensity.
